Abstract– This study aims to determine the role of Social Media Instagram, Price and Product Quality on Purchasing Decision. The population in this study were all active social media users. The sample used were 85 people with the conditions: at least have one active social media account and have visited and or purchased at the online shop “Masker.Solopunya”. The sampling methods used were the non-probability sampling methods with accidental sampling technique. The result showed that Social Media Instagram had a significant effect on Purchasing Decision, Price had a significant effect on Purchasing Decision, Product Quality had a significant effect on Purchasing Decision, and Social Media Instagram, Price and Product Quality simultaneously had a significant effect on Purchasing Decision. Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Media Sosial Instagram, Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna media sosial aktif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 85 orang dengan ketentuan: minimal memiliki satu akun media sosial aktif dan pernah berkunjung dan atau membeli di toko online Masker.Solopunya. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Media Sosial Instagram berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Media Sosial Instagram, Harga dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Pembelian Keputusan.

Purpose - This study aims to examine conceptually the implementation of the use of technology in SMEs, what is the driving force, and inhibiting factors based on theoretical and empirical studies. Design / Methodology / Approach - this research method is a literature study or literature study that contains theories that are relevant to research problems Findings-technology has a significant role in the development of SMEs, arguing that there are six main areas to develop entrepreneurial competencies, namely opportunity, relationship, conceptual, organizing strategic, and commitment skill. Research Limitations / Implications - This research only discusses research and studies related to aspects of SME information technology, learning organizations, drivers of implementation as well as E-Wom factors in SMEs within specific period time. Practical Implications-It could serve as a basis for future research on technology in SMEs Originality-This research has originality by comparing several aspects of research so that it produces some interesting aspects to be studied in technology implementation research in SMEs. In the process of exchanging data and information, the most important task is to maintain data and information security and reach out to interested parties. One way this can be achieved is through encryption, a process better known as cryptography. Cryptography can scramble messages so that, even if intercepted, the message cannot be immediately read. One example of an encryption algorithm is the Hill Cipher. The Hill Cipher uses an m-by-m-sized matrix as the key for the encryption and decryption process, making it a challenging algorithm to crack. The key provided for the Hill Cipher encryption and decryption process cannot be arbitrary. The keys with mismatched determinants cannot be used, as they can prevent the encrypted message from being restored to its original form. Optimization can be carried out to overcome these obstacles using a genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithms can determine the keys to encrypt and decrypt the Hill Cipher. A key with the appropriate composition for the Hill Cipher will be obtained through the genetic algorithm's evaluation function. This research aims to enhance message security by using the correct composition to generate Hill Cipher encryption and decryption keys. The research results indicate that out of 10 tests conducted with different lengths of original text, eight succeeded, while two failed to complete the encryption and decryption process.
