Perforation of the atretic pulmonary valve using chronic total occlusion (CTO) wire and coronary microcatheter

Abstract: Background and objective Chronic total occlusion (CTO) guidewire have been recently reported as an alternative to radiofrequency for perforating atretic pulmonary valve.
