The development of information technology has had various positive and negative effects. The positive impact that information technology can have is to make it easier for people to communicate with others in the world, and the negative impact is that society is out of control when using its applications. It is an attitude that causes various crimes in the world caused by cyberspace (cybercrime) One of the most widely used instant messaging applications is Michat. The MiChat app causes cybercrime, pornography, online gambling, fraud, cyberbullying and drug trafficking. Evidence research is conducted using one of the frameworks of the digital forensic research workshop. In this framework, forensic identification, preservation, collection, investigation, analysis, and presentation phases are designed to find evidence of digital crime. The forensic tools used to collect evidence are mobility forensic express pro, a DB browser for SQLite, and oxygen forensic detective. Results are presented in the form of reports and evidence, and text chat files, contacts, images, audio, video, and web caches are generated. Forensic tools have a 100% success rate in finding evidence. Comparing the functions of the three forensic tools, the mobility forensic express pro has a processing rate of 66.7%, DB browser for SQLite has 33.3%, and oxygen forensic detective has 83.3%. The natural ability of humans to receive messages from the surrounding environment can be obtained through the senses. The senses will respond to stimuli received in various conditions including emotional conditions. Psychologically, recognizing human emotions directly can be assessed from several criteria, such as facial expressions, sounds, or body movements. This research aims to analyze human emotions from the biomedical side through brainwave signals using EEG sensors. The EEG signal obtained will be extracted using Fast Fourier Transform and first-order statistical features. four emotional conditions (normal, focus, sadness and shock emotions). The results of this research are expected to help improve users in knowing their mental state accurately. The development of this kind of emotional analysis has the potential to create wide applications in the future environment. Financial problems are one of the reasons why small and medium-sized industries (SMIs) in West Kutai have not developed optimally. Government assistance programs are one of the solutions. This program must be appropriate, so a decision-making tool is needed to help choose the right SMIs to be assisted later. The weight of the criteria was determined using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique, and the priority of the SMIs as the preferred proposal for the recipients of development assistance was determined using the Technique for Other Reference by Similarly to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) approach. Labor, investment, production capacity, production value, and raw materials were used to determine the priorities of SMIs beneficiaries. Furthermore, TOPSIS prioritizes the development of alternative small and medium-sized industries with types of handicraft commodities. Integration of AHP and TOPSIS methods has been successfully used in the IKM Development Priority Determination Application, with 83.3% precision and 96.4% accuracy achieved by using a confusion matrix so that the IKM ranking can be known. The results of the study found that integration of the two methods was successfully used for Small and Medium Industries Development Decision Making.
