Performance of piezo-stacks for a piezoelectric hybrid actuator by experiments

Abstract: Piezoelectric-hydraulic actuator is a hybrid device that consists of a hydraulic pump driven by piezoelectric stacks coupled with a conventional hydraulic cylinder and a set of fast-acting valves.
