Abstrak: Anak merupakan investasi negara guna menopang pembangunan negara di masa yang akan datang. Anak dalam menjalankan kehidupannya diharuskan mendapatkan perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak dasar sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundangan-undangan. Dalam menjalani kehidupannya, anak tidak luput dari kesalahan termasuk dalam hal melakukan tindak pidana. Sehingga anak tersebut berhadapan dengan hukum. Anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum baik sebagai pelaku maupun sebagai korban tetap harus diperlakukan sebagaimana anak pada umumnya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pendamping LKPS dalam membina anak pelaku tindak pidana yang dititipkan di LKPS Ayeum Mata. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi, praktek, dan ceramah terhadap LPKS Ayeum Mata. Hasil kegiatan dapat dilihat pola pembinaan anak pada LPKS Ayeum Mata sebelumnya masih standar, namun dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini justru membawa perubahan terhadap terhadap pemahaman pendampingan pada LPKS telah 100% tersampaikan dengan baik. Selain itu, peran serta masyarakat dan orang tua juga dibutuhkan untuk memperbaiki psikis anak dalam masa pembinaan.Abstract: Children are a state investment to support the country's development in the future. In carrying out their lives, children are required to receive protection and fulfill their basic rights as regulated in statutory regulations. In living their lives, children are not free from mistakes, including committing criminal acts. So the child faces the law. Children who are in conflict with the law, either as perpetrators or as victims, must still be treated like children in general. This activity aims to increase the understanding of LKPS assistants in developing children who have committed criminal acts who are entrusted to LKPS Ayeum Mata. The methods used include observation, practice and lectures on the Ayeum Mata LKPS. From the results of the activity, it can be seen that the pattern of coaching children at LPKS Ayeum Mata was previously still standard, but with this service activity it has actually brought changes to the understanding of mentoring at LPKS that has been 100% well conveyed. Apart from that, the participation of the community and parents is also needed to improve children's psychology during the coaching period.

It is important for an organization or institution to have an effective and quality violence prevention strategy in carrying out the vision and mission that has been made to realize the goals for the organization or institution itself. This study aims to find out the handling strategies carried out by the ABC Islamic Boarding School from the stage of student safety planning to supervision evaluation to improve environmental safety for its students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that uses the design thinking method. The informants in this study are the principal, teachers, and students of the ABC Islamic Boarding School. This research is located at the ABC Islamic Boarding School. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. As a result, the application of the design thinking model has proven to be effective in identifying the root cause of the problem and creating innovative solutions to prevent bullying in the Islamic boarding school environment. Through the stages of empathy, definition, idea, prototype, and testing, the research team was able to understand the needs and challenges faced by the students. Bullying is bound to have bad consequences, not only for those who do it but especially for those who are targeted, affecting their personal, social, and educational aspects. Holding positive activities for students who can instill family values and solidarity, as well as organizing educational sessions about bullying during their stay at the pesantren, can help prevent this behavior from happening again in the future.

Children with all their definitions and definitions have different characteristics from adults, this is a starting point in viewing the rights and obligations for a child that will also affect his position before the law. In consideration of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, it is also stated that children are the trust and gift of God Almighty who has dignity and dignity as a whole person. To maintain their dignity and dignity, children are entitled to special protection, especially legal protection in the justice system. The concept and philosophy of criminal law and the juvenile criminal justice system that provides balanced protection of the rights and interests of perpetrators and victims of criminal acts, society and the state, is currently known as restorative justice as a judicial concept that produces restorative justice. Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, hereinafter referred to as the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Law, when viewed from the philosophy underlying the birth of the juvenile justice law is because children have not been able to understand what they are doing and prioritize the best interests of children and in accordance with the 1990 Convention on the Rights of the Child ratified by Indonesia as a member of the United Nations (UN) through Presidential Decree Number 36 of 1990 states that Crime is a last resort because children are assets of the nation and the next generation, based on this law the government makes legal efforts to find the best way for children by issuing a regulation called Supreme Court regulation number 4 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the implementation of diversion in the juvenile criminal justice system
