Persepsi terhadap Beban Kerja dengan Turnover Intention pada Karyawan

Abstract: Salah satu masalah yang timbul yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia adalah turnover. Karyawan yang melakukan turnover biasanya disebabkan karena adanya beban kerja yang berlebihan.
