Socio‐economic factors that create disadvantages for children from the disadvantaged social classes are the unjust distribution of income; uneducated parents, especially mothers; poor income, unemployment; poor social facilities; social humiliation, etc., which make the totality of negative variables based on socio‐economic and cultural aspects (Biçer, 2009; Koçak & Terzi, 2012; Ministry of Family and Social Policies, General Directorate of Child Services, 2014; Özbaş, 2015).
