Abstract: Objetivo: O estudo teve o objetivo de analisar a perspectiva dos expatriados sobre aspectos do ambiente institucional que influenciam suas condições de vida nos países hospedeiros. Método: Tratou-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa, com dados secundários obtidos a partir do relatório HSBC Expat Explorer Broadening perspectives, publicado em 2017.
