Perspectives on Treatment of Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer

Abstract: The arrival of several new agents-cabazitaxel, abiraterone acetate, enzalutamide, and radium-223-is changing the treatment options and management of patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
