Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic simulation for the quantitative risk assessment of linezolid‐associated thrombocytopenia

Abstract: What Is Known and Objective Linezolid (LZD) may cause thrombocytopenia, which can result in discontinuation of treatment.
