Genital prolapse (GP) is one of the most common gynecological problems, with an incidence of 28-39%. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that about 1/3 of all these patients are women of reproductive age. And with age, GP becomes progressive. We examined 63 women with the GP of reproductive age who applied to the 8th maternity complex in Tashkent. We found that in women, genital prolapse in 57.1% of cases is due to uCTD. It was found that the severity of GP development depended on the severity of uCTD. In women with GP and uCTD, the magnesium level was significantly lower by 1.8-2 times than in the group without pathology. In more than half (69.4%) of women with GP and uCTD, the excretion of OP was significant and exceeded the due value by more than 2 times. In almost a third (30.6%) of patients, the increase in this indicator was moderate and averaged 76.1±1.9 mg/day.

Исторически зарождение принципов конституциологии неразрывно связано с тканевым строенем человеческого организма и эмбриогенезом, о чем свидетельствуют работы У. Шелдона и А.А. Богомольца. Учитывая потребность современной медицины в персонофицированной диагностике, базирующейся на клеточно-тканевом уровне организации организма, была поставлена цель: оценить состояние междисциплинарного сегмента исследований на стыке конституциологии и особенностей гистологической организации органов и тканей. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что существующие исследования микроскопических коррелятов конституциональной типологии носят разрозненный характер. Вместе с тем продемонстрированы особенности тканевой организации костной и соединительной ткани, крови. Есть указания на таковые особенности нервной ткани. Продемонстрированы конституциональные особенности гистологии органов пищеварительной системы. Достаточно широко представлены данные о мужской и женской репродуктивных системах. Полученные результаты позволяют рассматривать метод конституционального типирования в контексте современной персонофицированной медицины. Систематизация и дальнейшее исследование конституционально-тканевых закономерностей станет бесценным вкладом в фундаментальную анатомию, как науку, объединяющую микро- и макроанатомические особенности организма, что позволит сформировать фундаментальный базис ранней диагностики и профилактики заболеваний внутренних органов.

The article presents basic information about the role and structure of cartilage tissue and its components, the impact of an imbalance in the structure of nutrition on the well-being of the joints, evidence of the symptomatic and structural-modifying effect of chondroitin and glucosamine in the composition of original drugs and dietary supplements in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Particular attention is paid to the structure and synthesis of collagen, its biological role in the body in the formation of the cell structure of various tissues, especially cartilage. Found 28 types of collagen, differing in amino acid sequence and degree of modification, which are encoded by more than 40 genes. It was noted that the activity of enzymes involved in the synthesis of collagen depends on sufficient intake of products containing ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and the degradation and decrease in the amount of collagen is associated with the development and progression of osteoarthritis and other diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The use of type 2 collagen, including in combination with chondroitin and glucosamine, is considered as a promising method for preventing joint problems. It is emphasized that the main substances necessary for the syn thesis of cartilage components come from food. An imbalance in the structure of nutrition (reducing the consumption of proteins, microelements and vitamins, excessive consumption of fats and carbohydrates) negatively affects the state of the connective tissue and causes problems for all structures that form the joint. One way to correct eating behavior and replenish essential deficiencies is through the use of vitamin-mineral complexes and dietary supplements, which are gaining interest in the medical community as evidence accumulates for their effectiveness in supporting joint well-being.
