Phylogenomics of transcriptionally active AP2/ERF and bHLH transcription factors and study of their promoter regions in Nothapodytes nimmoniana (J.Graham) Mabb

Abstract: Nothapodytes nimmoniana is a medicinally important plant producing anticancer monoterpene indole alkaloid (MIA), camptothecin (CPT). The CPT is synthesized through the strictosidine intermediate following the MIA pathway; however, transcriptional regulation of CPT pathway is still elusive in N. nimmoniana.
