Abstract:This work examines the physical and chemical interactions between the polar and nonpolar solvents and the surface of the MCM‐41 material, which serves as the isolating layer, employing sensing capacitance‐voltage measurements with a Metal‐Insulator‐Semiconductor (MIS) capacitor.
