Physical Properties of Nanostructured CdO Films from Alkaline Baths Containing Saccharin as Additive

Abstract: Nanostructured cadmium oxide (CdO) films were fabricated on glass substrates from alkaline baths containing saccharin as an additive by a successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method.
