Abstract: Mono-, di-, and triethylene glycol are chemicals used in various industrial (polyester products, plasticizers, printing, etc.) and domestic settings. The toxicity of these compounds is relatively low, but they do pose risks to the environment. Phytoremediation of the three glycols by Echinodorus cordifolius L. Griseb. were studied.
