Pinocembrin ameliorates depressive-like behaviors by regulating P2X7/TRL4 receptors expression in mouse hippocampus

Abstract: Mounting evidence indicates that immune dysfunction may contribute to the neurobiology of major depressive disorder (MDD). Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and P2X7 receptor (P2X7R) were recently reckoned pivotally to regulate NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) in microglia.
