Planejamento de Lavra: um estudo de caso

Abstract: This paper presents a goal programming model to solve a problem of daily mining scheduling for the very short term mine planning of an iron ore mine. In this problem the objective is to minimize the deviations of production and quality goals, as well as the amount of trucks needed to the process. The constraints regarding quality, number of transport and loading equipment, sterile/ore ratio at a desired level, and production goal are defined previously.
