Planning of the Employees for Training

Abstract: Depending on the different types of workers we have different trainings, starting from the beginning of the training and upgrading the careers. Honorary training aims to train new employees after receiving them in the enterprise. Conditional training is used for employees before they receive a new job. In re-training should be sent employees who have forgotten some parts of the work, due to a long time or the work itself is outdated.
