Organizations engage their employees to work in extreme working conditions to try to maximize their profits. The term for working conditions refers not only to work with physical hazards, but it also includes psychological difficulties such as stress, overwork, harassment, and so on. Though many studies have been conducted that relate to these issues, sometimes the results of these studies contradict. For this reason, in order to evaluate the working conditions and the degree of satisfaction of the workers in different countries, research has been undertaken in order to collect additional data on this issue. The theoretical results show overall satisfaction with working conditions, with the exception of stress-related conditions. The relevance of the samples tested has no effect on the result. It can be concluded that, overall, the results of the research are correlated with the results of the researches found in the literature.
Training as a service work in a concurrent and complex enterprise is very much needed to empower employees. With the training, the employees will be able to maintain their physical and psychological capabilities to improve the work in the enterprise. Maintaining preparatory work opportunities contributes to the success of the economic work. The cost and the loss of training time will be reimbursed by improving the results of the workplace and the whole enterprise.
There are many theories about motivation. Different scholars have tried to find out why some people want to work and some do not, why some people are better than others and what motivates them to achieve results. There is one but a very simple recipe on how to motivate people. The motive depends on the individual, the situation or the people with whom we are working. Motivation theories can only be used as a tool. But commanders need to know when and how to use the right tool (theory).Motivation is a very specific topic and not very elaborate among us. Therefore, we took the courage to choose this subject as a course. In order to make the work as rich as possible we have used different literature."To win competitive advantage and survive in the global economy, managers must motivate their employees. Motivation is a complex psychological process in which demands and desires create driving forces that aim at achieving goals.
Different people express different ways of motivating human behavior. The demand for people to work simultaneously in realizing the organization's goal and realizing their own interests is rather a complex problem. The manager uses different forms and ways to motivate people to work. Any strategy oriented towards this is aimed at meeting the needs of the organization.Employees are very different from one another and their personal goals, or what they want to achieve from their being and their work in the organization is multifaceted. It is the task of the manager to identify and understand individual differences and to help employees complete everything they want from the organization.
We are living in the time of major changes. To survive and develop the companies need to respond in time and be flexible about change. Which are very dynamic nowadays? The demands stemming from these changes have helped companies build their capital with extensive, profound and flexible skills (Salas and Kozlowski, 2010), thus creating competitive advantages in this dynamic environment. They can increase or maintain success in business only if they attract the high quality of individuals through the recruitment of young peopleManagers are always looking for staff that, in addition to having the right skills and qualifications, also possesses experience for that job as the firm intends not to invest further in various trainings whereby the costs would increase. If a company wants to be competitive in the market and reduce recruitment costs it should use more appropriate and more efficient methods depending on the workplace in order to find the right people with the right skills at the right place, also in a timely manner.
