The problem of youth unemployment has started to receive attention in a relevant way recently, especially in Europe, where the percentage of unemployment registered for this category of the population is relatively greater than that for the adult population (Perugini & Signorelli, 2010), also being influenced by the last financial crisis (Choudhry et al., 2012). Youth unemployment is a critical social issue because it is linked to a number of aspects of society (Yamamoto, 2011). The purpose of the treatment of this paper is to identify the barriers faced by the young people of Kosovo to enter the labor market. The study uses the quantitative research method, through the use of an online questionnaire, a survey was participated by 496 respondents. The econometric model used in this study is the structural equation model (SEM). The empirical results from the SEM model show that the most important factor is the lack of work experience, which is a barrier to the employment of young people in Kosovo. The results of this paper are important to understand the importance of effectiveness in the design of policies for the elimination of barriers to the employment of young people in Kosovo.

Motivation is of utmost importance to managers, because their role is to make their subordinates energetic in achieving the goals of the organization. The demand for people to work simultaneously in realizing the organization's goal and realizing their own interests is rather a complex problem.The manager uses different forms and ways to motivate people to work. Any strategy oriented towards this is aimed at meeting the needs of the organization.Employees are very different from one another and their personal goals, or what they want to achieve from their being and their work in the organization is multifaceted. It is the task of the manager to identify and understand individual differences and to help employees complete everything they want from the organization.
We are living in the time of major changes. To survive and develop the companies need to respond in time and be flexible about change. Which are very dynamic nowadays?The demands stemming from these changes have helped companies build their capital with extensive, profound and flexible skills (Salas and Kozlowski, 2010), thus creating competitive advantages in this dynamic environment. They can increase or maintain success in business only if they attract the high quality of individuals through the recruitment of young peopleManagers are always looking for staff that, in addition to having the right skills and qualifications, also possesses experience for that job as the firm intends not to invest further in various trainings whereby the costs would increase. If a company wants to be competitive in the market and reduce recruitment costs it should use more appropriate and more efficient methods depending on the workplace in order to find the right people with the right skills at the right place, also in a timely manner.
Higher level managers who are responsible for bouncing at the organization's level understandably have higher motivation and enthusiasm for their work. High motivation does not always mean a high level, but it is reasonable to assume that employees who are highly motivated will tend to have high morale more often. The communicator always hopes that the receiver will notice the message and assess its content depending on the motivation. To accomplish this, the communicator is responsible for bringing the message into line with the needs and desires of potential tourists.
