Plastie pénoscrotale pour volumineux éléphantiasis des organes génitaux externes : à propos d’un cas à la clinique universitaire d’urologie-andrologie de Cotonou

Abstract: Résumé Bien qu’ayant été par le passé une zone d’endémie filarienne, les séquelles de la filariose lymphatique deviennent de plus en plus rares au Bénin. Nous rapportons un cas de volumineux éléphantiasis pénoscrotal pris en charge à la clinique universitaire d’urologie-andrologie de Cotonou. Il a été réalisé une plastie pénoscrotale par réduction volumétrique et reconstitution scrotale par deux lambeaux latéraux. Les résultats après un recul de six mois sont satisfaisants.
