Platelet Concentrates: Review of Evolution and Classification

Abstract: Platelets contain a reservoir of growth factors that have numerous biological activities such as assisting in chemotaxis, cell differentiation, proliferation, and angiogenesis which all are pivotal in the wound healing process.
