Polarization characteristics of emission of an ensemble of atoms on coherent excitation in the presence of a strong magnetic field

Abstract

Using the numerical solution of the Liouville equation, the process of variation of polarization characteristics in an ensemble of He atoms in the 3 3 S 1 state is studied on coherent population of this level from the 2 3 P state in the presence of a strong magnetic field.
