Policy Suggestions on Innovation and Development of China’s Industry-University-Research Strategic Alliance

Abstract: As is shown in the latest achievements in scientific research and major developed countries' relevant experience, industry-university-research strategic alliance serves as a crucial way to improve independent innovative ability.
