“…The methodological basis of the work is represented by a set of methodological approaches, a set of philosophical, general scientific and private-scientific methods, which allowed to ensure the reliability and validity of the research results. Taking into account the specifics of the subject, purpose and objectives of the study, the following main methodological approaches were used, among others: a systematic approach -when considering the place and role of migration in the structure of social life; comparative approach -in the process of correlation of general, special, individual and unique in migration as a phenomenon; anthropological approach -in determining the problematic aspects of the legal regulation of migration through the prism of the "human factor", ie various forms of legal existence of man as a migrant; axiological approach -features of the legal values of the European Union (Khamari, 2021;Sarnoto & Hayatina, 2021).…”

“…Charlie decried the intrusion of technology into nature and predicted that the plane would crash one day. This, according to Khamari (2021), demonstrates that Charlie and Nancy "believe that after witnessing a long period of prosperity, civilizations will ultimately collapse" (p. 12). Besides, Khamari reads the play's title, "seascape" as an escape to the sea, i.e., "the couple's escape from civilization and the monotony of suburban life to the sea" (p. 11).…”

“…And if this "organisation of nature itself" is destroyed, then not only the state is destroyed but also the land, to which this state was tied, can be organised in another way, given the task of ensuring the viability of another state and acquire, as a result, of a completely different kind. And all this because geopolitics deals with the state not as a "legal construction", but as an empirical fact that "relentlessly seeks to realise the opportunities for development that offer it the inclinations of the people and the geographical environment" (Khamari, 2021;Sukadi et al, 2021) The ways to realise these opportunities can be so different that in some cases the emergence of a "new country in the same place" is not excluded. And, again, "in the same place" does not mean on the same land, the landscape of which, as shown by the example of lands in the valley of Guadalajara, Tigris and Euphrates or "malaria coast of Italy", may change beyond recognition due to the fact that "new peoples and states", which took the place of "Moors, Babylonians and ancient Romans", abandoned irrigation facilities.…”
