Polyurethane composites with enhanced thermal conductivity containing boron nitrides

Abstract: Boron nitride (BN) is very promising particulate fillers for production of polyurethane (PUR) composites dedicated to thermally conductive materials in electronic devices. Composites containing polyurethane-based matrices filled with BN were prepared.
