POMC maintains tumor-initiating properties of tumor tissue-derived long-term-cultured breast cancer stem cells

Abstract: The identification and understanding of the molecular network of cancer stem cells (CSCs) have had a profound impact on our view of carcinogenesis and treatment strategy.
