Pos-587 Effect of Zinc and Vitamin C Supplementation on Oxidative Stress in Hemodialysis and Relationship With Infections: A Study of 46 Patients.

Abstract: The results show a large variation in the number of vancomycin levels taken during a treatment course with less than 50% vancomycin levels are within the target therapeutic range. This may be due to faults with the current dosing regimen, poor adherence to this regimen or incorrect use of TDM.
