ncreases in production and export values of table apricot, brings out the necessity of determination of the cultivars post-harvest resistance. This study carried out to determine quality change in table cultivars such as Ninfa, Precoce de Tyrinthe, Iğdır and Şekerpare during cold storage period. Fruits were kept at 0°C and 90-95% relative humidity for 35 days. Fruits removed from storage room at a week interval were studied for some quality parameters, physiological and pathological disorders. Weight loss of fruits increased with increasing storage period in all investigated cultivars. Modified atmosphere packaging had a positive impact on limiting of this loss. Fruit flesh firmness decreased depending on the storage period, and these values ranged from 17.9% to 10.0%. As the storage period was proceeded total soluble solid of Precoce de Tyrinthe and Şekerpare increased, in contrast, a decrease in Iğdır and Ninfa cultivars was found. Titratable acidity ratio of investigated cultivars showed a steady decrease. During storage, the ground color values (a* and b*) increased or decreased according to cultivars. In this study it was determined that the lowest weight loss (0.97%), and the highest fruit firmness (54.32 N) were measured in Iğdır apricot cultivar at the end of 35-day storage. Furthermore, in general, this process was found to be similar to quality changes of Ninfa and Precoce de Tyrinthe apricot cultivars.
