Post-Surgical Scleritis Associated With the Ganciclovir Implant

Abstract: Abstract. Although the ganciclovir implant is an effective and well-tolerated treatment for cytomegalovirus retinitis in patients with human immunodeficiency virus infection, complications that may occur include retinal detachment, implant extrusion, and endophthalmitis.
