Postoperative Outcome of Caesarean Section in Closure Versus Nonclosure of Parietal Peritoneum

Abstract: Aim: Caesarean section is the commonest obstetric surgery. Any change in the operative technique however small, affects the postoperative outcome.Effect of nonclosure of peritoneum on postoperative outcome was evaluated.
