Postoperative radiotherapy-induced leiomyosarcoma in breast cancer: a case report and literature review

Abstract: Radiation-induced sarcoma (RIS) is a late complication of breast cancer radiotherapy, with a very low incidence, long latent period and poor prognosis. Among them, leiomyosarcoma after radiation is an extremely rare radiation-associated sarcoma.
