Potensi Antioksidan Kedelai (Glycine Max L) Terhadap Penangkapan Radikal Bebas

Abstract: Radikal bebas merupakan molekul yang memiliki sifat tidak stabil dan reaktif, dikarenakan memiliki satu atau lebih elektron yang tidak berpasangan. Radikal bebas dapat menyerang senyawa yang rentan seperti, lipid dan protein, yang akhirnya akan menyebabkan penyakit berbahaya.
