Potential of valsartan+sacubitril therapy in hypertensive heart disease

Abstract: The course of hypertension is often complicated by left ventricular hypertrophy (or hypertensive heart disease, HHD). The main “corridor” of natural HHD is development of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
