Pozitif Ses Çıkartma Davranışının Öncülü Olarak İletişim Doyumu

Abstract: Özetİletişim doyumu kavramı, iletişim ile memnuniyet arasındaki ilişki üzerine yapılan çok çeşitli araştırmalar sonucunda ortaya çıkmış bir kavram olup; artması çalışanların örgütsel düzeyde pozitif tutum sergilemesine katkıda bulunmaktadır.
