Practical Aspects of the Use of Carfilzomib in Multiple Myeloma

Abstract: Carfilzomib (Kyprolis®, Amgen), a second-generation proteasome inhibitor, is capable of covalent bonding and irreversible inhibition of the 20S proteasome chymotrypsinlike activity.
