Prácticas alimentarias y significados asociados con el consumo de comida rápida en franquicias de la ciudad de Hermosillo, Sonora: un modelo exploratorio basado en los cambios generacionales

Abstract: Objetivo: describir el significado y los efectos que tiene el consumo de comida rápida en la sociedad de Hermosillo, Sonora.
