“…When it comes to knowledge management in higher education institutions, the most recent literature review on the subject highlights the lack of works dealing with identifying "strategic behaviours" based on their potential to boost knowledge sharing among academics (Quarchioni et al, 2020) including publications, personal interaction, organizational communications and network links (Ramayah et al, 2014). Interestingly, discussion on behaviour and organizational culture has focused almost exclusively on the adoption of KM tools (groupware, neural networks and self-assessment) (Kaba and Chennupati, 2020;Paoloni et al, 2020); however, there has recently been a burgeoning interest in explaining the incidence of soft organizational factors on knowledge production, particularly on publications. For example, some of these variables are a culture focused on people and empowerment (Adeinat and Abdulfatah, 2019), trust among academics (Fullwood et al, 2019) and subjective norms, and attitudes and knowledge-sharing intention from public and private universities' academics (Ashraf et al, 2019).…”

“…Scientific works or also referred to as journals that contain scientific matters and the information contained therein are the result of research by researchers and publications are conducted regularly. The information provided in journals is up to date which sometimes cannot be obtained from reading sources such as books [9]. The nature of the journal is usually more actual because it will link with the problems in the field with a philosophical review.…”
