Prediction of a Cell-Class-Specific Mouse Mesoconnectome Using Gene Expression Data

Abstract: Reconstructing brain connectivity at sufficient resolution for computational models designed to study the biophysical mechanisms underlying cognitive processes is extremely challenging.
