Prediction of overall survival in stage II and III colon cancer beyond TNM system: a retrospective, pooled biomarker study

Abstract: BackgroundTNM staging alone does not accurately predict outcome in colon cancer (CC) patients who may be eligible for adjuvant chemotherapy.
