Predictors of burnout in nurses working in inpatient rooms at a public hospital in Indonesia

Abstract: IntroductionThis study aimed to determine the factors that predict the incidence of burnout in nurses who work at the Public Hospital of Tangerang Regency in Banten, Indonesia.MethodsA cross-sectional design was used in this study.
