Preparation of POSS/Quartz fibers/cyanate ester resins laminated composites

Abstract: Quartz fibers (QFs) and two polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) (epoxy‐POSS and hydroxy‐POSS) are performed to regulate the dielectric properties, heat resistance, and mechanical properties of cyanate ester (CE) resins.
