Prerequisites for self-determination and the sovereignty of Tuva (Russia) in 1921

Abstract: The article analyzes the prerequisites of self-determination and sovereignty of Tuva in 1921. Briefly, the general context of events is revealed, the main episodes and key personalities are listed.
