“…In another study in female college students from the eastern province of Saudi Arabia, Al Jamea et al evaluated anemia in 201 students using the WHO definition of Hb and ferritin (<120 g/L and <15 µ g/L, resp.). They reported a prevalence of 8.2% and 28.8% for ID and IDA, respectively [ 36 ].
