Prevalence of nonpolypoid colorectal neoplasia: An Italian multicenter observational study

Abstract: NPLs are relatively common in the Italian population, with a prevalence similar to that in other Western series. NPLs are not more aggressive than polypoid lesions, except for those with depressed morphology.
