Primary Adenocarcinoma of the Fallopian Tube: Report of Two Cases

Abstract: Primary fallopian tube cancer is the rarest cancer of female genital tract. In fact, it represents less than 1% of all the gynaecological and breast cancers. Adenocarcinoma is the most common histological type. This paper revels two cases of primary fallopian tube adenocarcinoma. They are diagnosed in pathology department.
