Primary Ovarian Leiomyoma: A common tumor in rare location and report of eight cases

Abstract: Background: Leiomyomas are the most common pelvic tumors in fertile women and rare conditions of them have extrauterine locations. Ovarian Leiomyoma accounts only for 0.5 to 1% of all benign ovarian tumors with fewer than 60 cases reported in a manner of case report.
