Abstract: Introdução: O SARS-COV-2 é um vírus de RNA de fita simples e sua transmissão ocorre principalmente por meio de gotículas respiratórias transportadas pelo ar. O fácil contágio e a possibilidade de transmissão, mesmo por portadores assintomáticos, oportunizaram a disseminação exacerbada do vírus. “…The data from this research demonstrate that the occurrence of ESAVI due to the COVID-19 vaccine in the municipality of Santarém/PA is not frequent compared to other studies that examine the number of ESAVI reports for COVID-19 vaccines. It is evident that the number of notifications ( n = 74) in the municipality is lower than expected considering the number of doses administered and the diversity of vaccinated individuals in the study period [ 19 , 20 , 31 ].
