Private-Equity-geführte Praxis-Ketten in der vertragsärztlichen ambulanten Patientenversorgung in Bayern

Abstract: Private Equity hat in den letzten Jahren vermehrt Medizinische Versorgungszentren erworben. Der Beitrag zeigt, dass bereits ein signifikanter Teil der MVZ im Bayern durch Private-Equity-Gesellschaften übernommen worden ist. Mit der Integration dieser MVZ in fachlich spezialisierte Praxis-Ketten zeichnen sich neue Strukturen auf dem Markt der ambulanten Patientenversorgung ab.
