Abstract: The purpose of the current study is to investigate the effects of employees' proactive personality and locus of control on their career satisfaction and innovative work behavior. The sample of the study contains four-and five-star hotels employees working in Nevsehir. Data is collected using a questionnaire and 166 applicable questionnaires are gathered at the end of the study.
